А на личности и чужих собак перешла вовсе не я, а те люди у которых разумные аргументы закончились. А губки дуть? Я не реагирую на обиды – только нецензурно улыбаюсь в ответ ))) Юль, ну как? Как меня можете обидеть вы или ещё какой-то чужой мне человек? Я ж ту фразу написала не от обид, а от того, что вы себя выставляете не влучшем свете. Вот и спрасила - неужели вы этого не видите? Светлана Харьковская А где был ваш хвалёный такт,когда вы "обосрали" девчонок с их попытками выразить свою позицию и обвинив их в САМОЛЮБОВАНИИ и ещё чёрт знает в чём!!! На всех форумах вы кидаетесь грудью на несуществующую амбразуру! И у меня не было самоцелью вас обидеть,я лишь высказала сугубо личное мнение!

norushka: Надо же, как бурно развиваются события. Оказывается, наc очень даже восприняли всерьез. По последней информации в РКФ будут поданы аж две жалобы: одна от ринговой бригады на мое (наше?) некорректное поведение, а вторая - жалоба от судьи на мое хамство по отношению к ней лично. Вот только я не припомню, когда это я умудрилась так отличиться? Вроде, была спокойна, как танк, даже когда у меня из рук вырывали мои вещи, не орала и не сопротивлялась, только повторяла фразу: "Что вы себе позволяете? Это мое!" А уж с судьей я и вовсе не общалась, разве только постояла рядом и то в окружении полутора десятков свидетелей. Неужто сам факт моего присутствия явился оскорблением для госпожи Лилии Хамитовой???? Может, мне тоже оскорбиться? Воистину у нас все чудесатее и чудесатее ))))

Пытаются запугать и остановить? Должны же быть доказательства. А, если, мы тоже жалобу на ринговую бригаду?

norushka: Стрррррраааашно, аж жуть.... Уже запугали. Для судьи, молодого специалиста, только-только начинающего карьеру, нехорошее получается развитие событий... Если эти слухи правда, то тут не что иное, как оговор и публичная клевета. Опыт судебного разбирательства по делу о клевете имеется. Ну и развитие этой истории однозначно будет освещаться в сети, поэтому по поиску "судья имярек" все желающие будут иметь возможность ознакомиться "с этапами большого пути" госпожи Лилии Хамитовой. Утвердить себя в приличном обществе после такого будет затруднительно.

I am answering today, March 25, because when you sent me the letter, on Friday the 20th, I was traveling (from Thursday 19) and I came home yesterday. I will send copy of this response to Ms. Svetlana Kiptilaya, as she should be given to you and me an explanation On 7th February 2012, I received an email signed "SVETLANA" on behalf of the club SPARS to invite me to judge “one day all breeds dog show At 21 Of April 2012 SPARS club in St. Petersburg, Russia”, wondering if was free that time, and asking me to answer promptly. I replied to the letter received, which was available that time and I indicated that intended races to judge. Mrs. Svetlana Kiptilaya, I replied thanking me my acceptance and asking me copy of my passport when applying for visa to enter Russia. Mrs. Kiptilaya began communicating with me through the other Spanish judges who were also guests (Mr. Bernal and Mr. de Guinea), and they get me a link to the website of the SPARS where specified the races that we would judge each one, and where I was judging the Dachshunds Specialty. Although I judge also many other races, I made great enthusiasm the invitation to judge the Dachshunds to St. Petersburg, for although I have been Dogue de Bordeaux breeder in the past, the Dachshund is my race, for 10 years. I prepared everything with enthusiasm for special Dachshunds, declined other invitations, and went to St. Petersburg for this special event. I could not get to speak with Ms. Kiptilaya at any time, and she sent me the Fly tickets through my colleagues in Spain, Mr Bernal and De Guinea. We could not talk to her before the show, and when I agreed to the ring I thought I would try the Dachshunds... I was surprised to see how the dogs that I would judge, were being tried in another ring, another person, but the secretary told me that my ring was a last minute change and we should start with the races they were assigned many it was getting late. Several times I tried to speak with Ms. Kiptilaya, to know the reason for the unexpected change, but their occupations in the expo prevented this interview, and only on sunday 22, before starting to return to Spain, got Mrs. Kiptilaya explain that "because of the large number of dogs I had to judge (188), and since Dachshunds were over 100, the organization decided to change the judge scheduled the Dachshunds, and that the judge another person (A. Russian lady, Ukrainian or perhaps, that no one formally submitted). I had no knowledge at any time to enter the ring, that I was not judging the Dachshunds, and when I became the venue of the exhibition on view of these had started half an hour before... I never said that dont like this race, and I didnt know it well. It’s my race, for ten years!!! I feel cheated myself, and I think the difficulties in speaking with Ms. Kiptilaya were due to her voluntarily avoided the conversation that I did not know he had decided to change unilaterally. I was very disappointed to know that I would not judge the Dachshunds, and knowing it bothered me that way, without prior notice and without any consideration. All this I told to the secretary of the ring, and my colleague Mr. Bernal who performed their judgments in the ring next to mine. MRS. KIPTILAYA: Please tell us what happened. My honor and prestige as a judge and a person is compromised by this situation, and have been you and only you the cause of these changes. Please explain to me and affected the causes of your actions. You should explain also why you said to the people of the Dachshund Club that I refused to judge the breed and I said also that I didt like & know well the breed. You know that's not true, I never made those affirmations, that you not talk to me about it, and told me not until Sunday that the change occurred, presumably because I had been awarded too many dogs. I was very interested in being able to judge the Dachshunds, and would have preferred to be moved other races, but I was never consulted. Mrs. Kiptilaya, I'm very disappointed, and confused, I thought I had found some friends and now I think you used me for your interests, and has damaged my credibility as a person and as a judge. I beg you please to clarify this situation to the exhibitors, the Dachshund Club and myself, or I shall give such irregularities, with consequences to higher levels. Finally, I thank Mrs. Sokolova that made me know the situation, I'm sorry for all the exhibitors who have been affected, and I hope that the leadership of Club SPARS provides explanations and reparation for all damage caused. How can this be?! Is it possible that you said this it or us deceived, and the organizers pursue some other interests? Dear Mr. Canadillas Matias, we would like to know your opinion. Do you really do not like our dachshunds that you refused to judging show, for which registered breeders and owners, among others, the winners of Euro-and World Dog Shows, and other prestigious exhibitions in Russia and in Europe?!
